Mahale Mountains National Park is a remote and breathtaking destination located on the eastern shores of Lake Tanganyika.

Weather & Climate

The park has a tropical climate with temperatures ranging between 18°C and 30°C. The dry season (June to October) is the best time for chimpanzee trekking, while the wet season (November to May) offers lush green landscapes and fewer visitors.
